The grievance of the petitioner is that the orders passed in Writ Petition No.1954/2001 are not complied with.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed pursis dated 7th January, 2021 stating therein that the Nagpur Municipal Corporation has suggested of granting of T.D.R. rights to the petitioner in respect of the acquired land and the same is acceptable to the petitioner. The petitioner, therefore, on 1.1.2021 submitted the necessary documents to the respondent no.2, as required for the purposes of granting of T.D.R. Certificate. The said pursis is taken on record. The learned counsel appearing for the Corporation makes a statement that the proposal of the petitioner for grant of T.D.R. rights shall be decided

In view of compliance of the directions, contempt petition is disposed of.
