Learned Additional Government Pleader Mr. A. S. Fulzele placed on record a Communication dated 30/09/2025 issued by Education Officer, (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Gondia to the Headmaster informing that their proposal for approval is transfered from non-grant basis to the post of grant-in-aid basis. Earlier it was phase-wise approval granted by the Education Officer however, it is amended and corrected. The corrected copy is placed on record by which the transfer is approved on 29/11/2021 in 100% grant-in-aid school subject to condition mentioned in the said letter. The said letter is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.

In view of this letter, the Petition can be disposed of with direction to the Petitioner No.1 and 2 to submit pay

2 948-WP No.7416.2024 bills of arrears to the Education Officer and the Education Officer is directed to submit a proposal for Shalarth ID of the Petitioners.

In view of these directions, the Petition stands disposed of.
