There are disputed questions of facts involved and the same can be adjudicated by the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Akola. Hence, the parties to this petition to appear before the Education Officer on 09.12.2019 and can file their submissions. The Education Officer shall after hearing the parties, pass an appropriate order in accordance with law. The protection granted by the petitioner shall continue till such adjudication by the Education Officer. The Education Officer shall also pass an appropriate order in respect of the salary payable to the petitioner. 2.
