By this civil application, the appellant is seeking correction in order dated 20/10/2022.

Shri S.D. Zoting, learned counsel submitted that, learned counsel Shri A.R. Rishi is appearing for the appellant, however, inadvertently his name is mentioned as learned advocate for the Insurance Company.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the para-2 is corrected as "Today, Shri A.R.Rishi, learned counsel for the appellant", in stead of Today, Shri Zoting, learned counsel for the Insurance Company.

The corrections be carried out in the order and corrected order be uploaded.
