In the order passed by this Court on 14th September, 2018 it is recorded that the applicant has deposited the amount of compensation as directed by the learned Magistrate. The office note also shows that amount of Rs.50,000/- is deposited by the applicant. In view of the above facts, the order passed by this Court on 29th August, 2018 directing issuance of warrant against the applicant is recalled, the substantive sentence is suspended and it is directed that the applicant be released on bail on the same terms and conditions as imposed by the trial Court. The criminal applications are allowed in the above terms.
