These are applications for restoration of the writ petition and for condonation of delay in moving the said application. The writ petition stood dismissed by conditional order of the Registrar dated 3.8.2018 on account of failure of the petitioner to provide correct address of the respondent. It is pointed out in the applications that sincere effort was made to find out the correct address of the sole respondent which took time leading to the aforesaid order of dismissal. For the reasons stated in the applications, the same are allowed, delay is condoned and the writ petition is restored. Civil Application St.No.21862/2018 This is an application filed on behalf of the petitioner for providing correct address of the sole respondent. The said correct address is stated in paragraph 4 of the application. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the petitioner is

CAO2076-18.odt permitted to correct the address of the sole respondent. The amendment be carried out forthwith.

Writ Petition No.4883 of 2017.

Upon the address being corrected, issue notice to the respondent returnable in four weeks. The ad-interim order granted by this Court on 28.07.2017 shall continue to operate.
