Shri Vaishnav learned counsel for the petitioner makes a statement that in the present matter challenge raised to disqualification of the petitioners as a members of Village Panchayat, Danapur, Taluka Telhara, District Akola, vide order dated 05.10.2019 passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Amravati.

At this stage Shri Vaishnav, learned counsel for the petitioner makes a statement that the period of five years of the Village Panchayat is over and therefore nothing remains in the present matter.

In view of the statement made by Shri Vaishnav, learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of as infructuous.
