Date : 27 th JANUARY, 2016 Heard Mrs. Deshpande, learned appointed counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. Perused the reply as well as the impugned order. The certificate on the basis of which parole is sought has been issued on 23.5.2015. The certificate shows IHD with related problems and mother of petitioner, aged about 55 years, has been stated to be undergoing treatment therefor.

The reply filed on record shows that the petitioner has got a brother, aged about 30 years by name Pankaj. In this situation, it is apparent that on the basis of such certificate and at this stage no cognizance in the

2701wp931.15 present petition can be taken. Petition is disposed of. Professional charges for the learned counsel appointed to represent the petitioner are quantified at Rs.1500/-.
