Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

At the outset, he invited our attention to Page No.39 i.e. communication dated 16/02/2025, by which the request for grant of employment was rejected by the respondent authorities. 3.

Mr. R.S. Akbani, learned counsel for the petitioner, has invited our attention to order dated 27/09/2023 passed in Writ Petition No. 5177 of 2022 by this Court and contends that issue is squarely covered. 4.

In that view of the matter, we direct respondent authorities to reconsider the issue of grant of employment by ignoring communication dated 16/02/2025 and in light of the order dated 27/09/2023 passed in Writ Petition No. 5177 of 2022. The said exercise shall be done within eight weeks from today. 5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to produce a copy of this order along with copy of the petition before the concerned authorities within a period of two weeks from today. 6.
