The learned advocates for the respective parties submit that the grievance of the petitioner does not survive as she is given all the benefits as per the award passed by the Labour Court in Reference IDA No. 11 of 2016 on 26th March, 2014.
In view of the above, I am not inclined to exercise jurisdiction under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. The petition is disposed. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs.
