These are applications seeking restoration of the appeal and for condonation of delay in moving the application for restoration. The appeal stood dismissed because of failure to remove office objections by the learned counsel appearing for the applicants. The order was passed by the learned Registrar on 3.8.2017 directing that if office objections were not removed by 17.08.2017, the appeal would stand rejected.

For the reasons stated in the applications, the same are allowed, delay is condoned, the conditional order passed by the learned Registrar is recalled and the appeal is restored subject to learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicants removing the office objections by 20.04.2018. List this appeal for hearing on 24.04.2018 even if office objections are not removed.
