Appeal on behalf of the applicant was filed before this Court challenging the judgment and order passed by learned appellate tribunal under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 on 25.01.2018. The said appeal was under various objections. In spite of the time granted by the learned Registrar (Judicial), the objections were not removed. Consequently, the stamp is refused on 28.08.2017. The applicant, therefore, filed application for restoration of appeal. However, the said application was barred by time. Therefore, an application for condonation of delay is moved. Both these applications are duly affirmed by Mrs. Mugdha Chandurkar, learned counsel herself.

cao1704.18.odt For the reasons stated in the application on oath by counsel for both the sides, the applications are allowed. Delay is condoned. The order passed by Registrar (Judicial) is revoked. The appeal is restored to the file.

The learned counsel submits that she will remove the office objections within three weeks from today.

The applications are disposed of.
