It is the case of the petitioners that the open space of construction is tried to be raised and on 14.08.2025, they came to know that the Nagar Parisahd, Digras had invited the E-tenders for construction of building upon the open space. According to him, he has preferred an application before the Collector for grant of urgent hearing, which is not favourably considered. 3.

In view thereof, we direct Collector, Yavatmal, to decide the application under Section 308 of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats & Prity

Learned counsel for petitioner shall inform this order to the Collector.
