The present application is filed by the appellant/applicant praying for condonation of delay of 296 days in filing the present Family Court Appeal. The present Family Court Appeal seeks to challenge the impugned judgment and decree dated 06.11.2023 passed by learned Family Court, Nagpur.

The respondent was issued notice by this Court on 19.12.2024 and the respondent is duly served. However, no appearance has been entered on behalf of the respondent. In view of the above, we proceed to dispose off the present Civil Application.

For the reasons stated in the application, we are satisfied that sufficient cause is made out by the applicant for the delay of 296 days in filing the present Family Court Appeal. Accordingly, the aforesaid delay is condoned. 5.

The Registry is directed to register the Family Court Appeal.

After registration of the Family Court Appeal, issue notice to the respondent, returnable on 10.10.2025. 7.

The appellant to serve the respondent by usual mode so also by private mode.
