By way of this application, the applicants/respondent Nos.1 to 3 seek permission to withdraw the amount of compensation of Rs.6,52,796/- which was deposited by the appellant vide Cheque No. 01136 dated 19/12/2013 with the Registry of this Court.

It is stated that the present appeal has been disposed of on merits vide order/judgment dated 27/11/2015.

In this view of the matter, the civil application is allowed.

Respondent Nos.1 to 3 are permitted to withdraw the compensation amount with accrued interest thereon.

The registry is directed to release the aforesaid amount with accrued interest thereon in the account of the respondent Nos.1 to 3 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the details of account.

The application stands disposed of.
