DATED : 26-6Paragraph 3 of the affidavit in response filed on behalf of respondent 3 dated 23-6-2023 reads thus :

"3] That, for smooth administration and to proceed with the execution of work in effective manner the e-tender notice No. 2022-23, dt. 13/10/2022 published on 13/10/2022 required to be cancelled and for completion of said work within specific period in effective manner without any hinderance and by way of changing the tender conditions a fresh tender process will be initiated at the end of Municipal Council, Kanhan-Pipri."

In view of the stand of the Municipal Council, nothing survives in the petition and the same is disposed of.
