Considering the limited relief sought of a direction to be issued to the respondent no.1 - Minister, State Excise, the notice is made returnable forthwith. Shri A.S.Fulzele, learned Additional Government Pleader waives service of notice for the respondent nos.1 to 4 and notice on the respondent no.5 is dispensed with. The petitioner in the month of July 2022 has preferred revision before the respondent no.1-Minister, State Excise, for challenging the order dated 20.07.2022 passed by respondent No.2Commissioner of State Excise, whereby the order dated 06.05.2022 passed by the respondent no.3-Collector, State Excise, suspending the CL-III licence has been quashed and set aside. It is submitted that the said revision has not been heard and decided as yet.
Considering the limited request as made for expeditious consideration of the revision application, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no.1-Minister, State Excise, to take a decision on the petitioner's revision application. The same shall be decided in accordance with law and after giving due notice to all concerned parties.
