2) Perused the record. It seems that since 2018 matter has been pending, however, no steps have been taken by the petitioner.

3) Despite notification of the Office objections and order dated 04/03/2024, the petitioner has failed to remove the same. Today also none is present for the petitioner. Also, Prima facie it seems that the petitioner has no locus to claim the relief as prayed in the petition.
