Applicant has filed present application seeking condonation of delay of 34 days in filing application for restoration of First Appeal Stamp no.7180/2019, registration of which came to be refused by the Registrar (Judicial) vide order dated 20.08.2019, for non compliance of office objections. 3.

The learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to remove the office objection within a period of two weeks.

In view of above statement and for the

Order 2511cao2149.19 reasons stated in both the applications, the same are allowed. Delay is accordingly condoned and First Appeal stamp is restored back to file, on the condition that the appellant would comply with the office objections within a period of two weeks from today. Failure to comply with the same within the stipulated period, would result dismissal of both the applications, without any further reference to the Court.

Both the Applications are accordingly allowed and disposed of. No cost.
