Heard Advocate Joshi for petitioners, Advocate Gaikwad for respondent no. 1, Advocate Ukey for respondent no. 2 and Advocate Naik for respondent no.3-college. Advocate Gaikwad for respondent no. 1 submits that if necessary documents in relation to petitioners are received by respondent no. 1, respondent no. 1 can consider the entitlement of petitioners in time bound manner. He has invited attention to paragraph 4 of the submissions filed by respondent no. 1.
Advocate Naik appearing for respondent no. 3 states that the papers submitted by the petitioners are with respondent no. 3 and within 10 days same shall be sent to

In this situation, we direct respondent no. 3 to submit necessary papers pertaining to petitioners to respondent no. 1 within a period of ten days from today. Respondent no. 1 shall then within a further period of four weeks consider the entitlement of petitioners in terms of the submissions made by it in paragraph 4 of its submissions filed before this Court. If respondent no. 1 finds it necessary, it shall extend opportunity of hearing to respondent no. 3 college as also the petitioners in the matter before taking any decision.
With these directions and keeping all the rival contentions open, we dispose of the writ petition. No costs. JUDGE JUDGE /TA/
