DATED : JANUARY 22, 2018 Respondent no.3 through Adv. Bhalerao points out that issue has been resolved and an order as directed by this Court has been passed.

2) Adv. Chakotkar for petitioner does not dispute the fact of passing order. He, however, submits that arrears are still not paid.

3) The arrears are to be paid within three months after the date of passing of order and direction on those lines is already issued while disposing of Writ Petition No. 3699 /2016.

4) In this situation, presence or any affidavit of respondent nos.1 and 2 in the present matter is uncalled for.

5) We accept the statement of Adv. Bhalerao

It is made clear that any grievance in relation to order passed by respondent no.3 on merits can be raised by petitioner in accordance with law and acceptance of amount of arrears by members of petitioner will not operate as bar to such challenge.
