FIRST APPEAL NO.1004/2008 4.

The learned counsel for the respondent no.2 was directed to deposit the decreetal amount within a period of six weeks, however, that period is expired. He further states that the cheque is ready with him and he is ready to deposit the same in the Registry of this court within two working days. The statement is accepted. 5.

Registry is directed to accept the cheque of decreetal amount from the respondent no.2.
