Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. According to him, under sub-section (5) of section 29 of the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine Act, 2020, the appeal is provided before the National Commission/Respondent No.2.

In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with a direction to respondent No.2/National Commission to treat the present petition as an appeal and to decide the same within a stipulated time frame 3.

A permission is granted.

Considering the issue involved in the present petition, we direct the respondent No.2/National Commission to treat the present petition as an appeal and the same be decided on or before 29.09.2025.
