Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. It is not in dispute that the petitioners have not filed revision application before the Sessions Court and at the same time it is seen that this matter is pending this Court after its filing for a period of six months. That being so, I make the following order :- Order A] Criminal Writ Petition No.972 of 2014 is disposed of with liberty to file revision application before the Sessions Court within a period of one month from today.

Till then the interim order made by this Court shall operate.
