By this petition, the petitioner has challenged the suspension order and has sought the direction to the respondentsauthorities to allow the petitioner to perform his duty. Certain other ancillary relief is also sought.

Shri Deo, the learned Assistant Solicitor General of India appearing on behalf of the respondents, states on instructions that the suspension of the petitioner has been revoked by an order, dated 11/12/2015 and the respondents would consider the question in regard to the payment of the salary for the period during which the petitioner was under suspension, in accordance with law.
