Office objections in First Appeal (Stamp) No.6919/2023 were not removed despite several chances, as a consequence of which, the learned Registrar (Judicial) passed a conditional order on 18.07.2023. Despite this order, the office objections were not removed within stipulated period of 14 days, as a consequence of which, registration of the appeal stood refused.

The appellant has preferred present application challenging the order dated 18.07.2023 Prity

For the reasons mentioned in paragraphs Nos.2 to 7 in the application, the delay is hereby condoned. The M.C.A.(Stamp) No.20881/2023 be registered under Chapter VI Rule 5 of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules.
