Prima facie the certificate produced on record and issued by the Medical Practitioner on 20.11.2015, shows that wife of the petitioner is already operated for appendicitis on that day. 3.

In this situation, parole claimed for treating ailing wife by the petitioner on the ground that she is suffering from appendicitis, cannot be granted.

Writ Petition is, therefore, rejected. No costs.
