By this application, the applicant/respondent no.1 states that after the order passed by this Court on 30.11.2017 respondent no.1 was permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant before this Court. 3.

However, there was dispute in respect of amount, and therefore, the calculation sheet was also tendered to the Nazir Section by the present applicant.

According to the applicant/respondent no.1, the Nazir Section raised objection and stated that they require no objection from the present appellant.

Counsel for the appellant states that he has verified the calculation and has no objection for the same. 6.

In view of this, Nazir Section is directed to release the amount to respondent no.1 in terms of the order dated 30.11.2017 and as per the calculation submitted by the appellant.

Application is allowed and disposed of.

The balance amount, if any remained, the appellant is permitted to withdraw/get refund of the same along with the interest accrued thereon.
