Shukre, J Dated : October 27, 2016 After hearing learned counsel for the applicants in both the Criminal Applicants, on instructions, they seek leave of the Court to withdraw the Criminal Applications with liberty to surrender before the concerned Magistrate having jurisdiction, on or before 3.11.2016. They also pray for protection against arrest till that time or surrender, whichever is earlier.

Leave with liberty and protection, as prayed for, is granted. Applications are disposed of as withdrawn. The applicants shall not be arrested till 3.11.2016 or till the time they surrender themselves before the concerned Magistrate having jurisdiction in the matter, whichever is earlier.
