The grievance of the petitioner in the instant Contempt Petition is that the order passed by this Court on 23/03/2018 in Writ Petition No. 764/2004 has not been complied with by the respondents, and thereby committed contempt of Court.

Mrs. Jachak, learned A.G.P., filed the reply affidavit on record stating therein that as per the directions issued by this Court vide the aforesaid order, the Family Pension for the period 01/12/2002 to 31/07/2003 has been released to the petitioner.

905CP 324.2018 Shri Jain, learned Counsel for the petitioner, accepted this fact.

In this view of the matter, we are satisfied that the aforesaid order has been duly complied with. Hence, nothing further remains to be adjudicated upon in the instant Contempt Petition. The same is disposed of accordingly.
