The applicant is seeking bail in Crime No.66 of 2022, registered with Police Station: Lonar, District: Buldhana, for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The allegations in this crime are that the daughter of the informant and son of the present applicant eloped from her house with the help of the applicant. 4.

The son of the applicant and the daughter of the informant both are absconding.

The offence was registered on 17.03.2022 whereas, the applicant was arrested on 09.11.2022 after more than eight months.

After going through the case diary, no incriminating material is found to prima facie show the involvement of the applicant in the alleged offence. In that view of the matter, though the learned APP is opposing the present application, I am of the opinion that the applicant should be released on bail.

a) The criminal application is allowed.

b) It is directed that the applicant shall be released on bail in Crime No.66 of 2022, registered with Police Station: Lonar, District: Buldhana, for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount.

c) The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when his presence is required. d) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

The criminal application is disposed of accordingly.
