By order dated 20/08/2025, Court observed that it is expected that the Education Officer will take a decision on such proposal within reasonable period and in any case not beyond three months. 2.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, due to a bonafide mistake of the petitioner in the array of respondents, Respondent No.2 was mentioned as Education Officer. However, the correct party should have been "Deputy Director of Education, Nagpur".

Since the issue involved is required to be decided by Deputy Director of Education, Nagpur, the application is allowed, and the order dated 20/08/2025 is modified and accordingly the Education Officer be substituted by "Deputy Director of Education". 4.

Correction be carried out accordingly and corrected order be uploaded afresh.

Learned counsel for petitioner is directed to carry out necessary amendment accordingly.
