By this writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction against the respondents to decide the proposal of the petitioner for transfer of his school from Pandhurna to Kakaddati. Shri Madiwale, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent nos.1 and 2 states that it would be necessary for the petitioner to appear before the respondent no.2 in support of his representation and if the respondent no.2 is satisfied that the petitioner's school needs to be transferred, the proposal would be sent by the respondent no.2 to the respondent no.1-State of Maharashtra for taking a decision for grant of permission to the petitioner to transfer the school.
The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is ready to appear before the respondent no.2 with a copy of the proposal that is submitted to the respondent no.2. Hence, in view of the aforesaid statements, we dispose of the writ petition after permitting the petitioner to appear before the respondent no.2 on 15.12.2016 along with a copy of the proposal so that the respondent no.2 may consider the proposal of the petitioner and if the respondent no.2 is satisfied that the
2 wp29.16.odt petitioner's school could be transferred, the respondent no.2 should send the proposal of the petitioner to the State Government for further decision. The exercise should be completed within a period of six months. Order accordingly. No costs.
