DATED : 21/02/2024 The petitioner Society is constrained to approach before this Court for non-consideration of the online proposal submitted by the petitioner Society for grant of permission to start a new Junior College though the petitioner Society has completed the registration process and has paid the Government fees.

The petitioner has restricted its claim as prayed in Clause (i) only. As such, the petition is allowed. 3.

The respondents are hereby directed to consider the proposal of the petitioner along with documents uploaded having registration No.2007233151 submitted on 12/07/2023 within a period of three weeks.

The petition stands disposed of.
