The petitioner put forth the petition.

The petitioner has prayed for reduction of remission of 81 days to 27 days which prisoner was imposed on account of late surrender.

The petitioner also prayed for releasing him on parole in view of order passed by this Court dated 27.09.2015. Perusal of the affidavit dated 05.03.2018 filed by Superintendent of Police, Amravati would reveal that the proposal submitted by the prison authority for imposing reduction of remission of 81 days has been confirmed by the learned Sessions Judge, Amravati.

In so far as the second affidavit is concerned, the learned APP submit that in pursuance to the order passed by this Court dated 22.09.2016 the petitioner was directed to execute a bond. However, the petitioner had not execute

cwp960.17.O.odt 2 bond and should not be released at that point of time. No case is made out for releasing him on parole. Petition is rejected. No costs.
