According to the petitioner, the previous writ petition filed by the petitioner bearing Writ Petition No.1960 of 2016 was allowed and this court had protected the education of the petitioner till his caste claim is decided. According to the petitioner, though the caste claim is not decided as yet, the university has not declared the result of the petitioner. It is stated that the university was directed to declare the result of the petitioner till his caste claim is decided and still the scrutiny committee has not decided the caste claim.

Shri Kasat, the learned counsel for the respondent no.4, fairly states that due to some misunderstanding, the university has not declared the result of the petitioner. It is stated that the result of the petitioner would be declared within three days.

Since the grievance of the petitioner stands

WP6580-16 redressed, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs.
