By this application, the petitioner seeks condonation of delay of 265 days in filing the certified copies of the orders for winding up dated 13th Feb., 2015 and 27th March, 2015 with the Registrar of Companies. Heard.

The Official Liquidator has no objection if this application is allowed.

I am satisfied that the reasons given in the application are bona fide. Hence the application is allowed in terms of its prayer clause and disposed of.
