Mrs. Bhide, learned counsel for the non applicant submits that there are huge arrears of maintenance pending against the applicant.

This fact is not disputed by Mr. Khan, learned counsel for the applicant.

The applicant is directed to deposit Rs.50,000/- within a period of three weeks from today before this Court. If the amount is not deposited within three weeks then the present revision shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to the Court.
