The petitioner seeks leave to amend the writ petition so as to raise a challenge to the seniority list dated 05.08.2022. Considering the fact that the earlier seniority list published on 12.12.2019 is the subject matter of challenge in the writ petition. 2.

The amendment is allowed. The same be carried out within a period of one week. The amended copy be served on the counsel for respondents. The respondents are at liberty to file additional afÏdavit to the amended petition.
