Our attention is invited by the learned counsel for respondent Nos.1, 2 and 7 to the affidavit of respondent No.8. He submits that he shall respond to the said affidavit by filing a counter-affidavit within a period of four weeks from today and shall also try to demonstrate his satisfaction of the liability. 2.
