DATE : October 15, 2019 For the reasons stated in the application, delay in filing restoration application stands condoned. Civil application is disposed of. MISC. CIVIL APPLICATION ST. NO.22523 OF 2016 Prayer is to restore the Miscellaneous Civil Application No.574/2016 which was dismissed in default. For the reasons stated in the present application, the order dismissing the aforesaid application is recalled. However, the applicant to pay costs of Rs.500/- to the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee within a period of four weeks from today. Similarly, office objections if any, be removed within a period of four weeks.

If aforesaid directions are not complied, earlier order of dismissal shall revive. Misc. Civil Application No.574/2016 is restored to file. Misc. Civil Application St. No.22523 is disposed of.
