CRIMINAL APPLICATION (APPA) NOS.940/2018 AND 941/2018 Shri M. Anilkumar Advocate appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2 states that respondent No.2 - Shri Y.S. Aurangabadkar is present and prays that his attendance on the next dates may be exempted. It is undertaken by respondent No.2 that he will appear whenever directed by this Court.

In Criminal Application (APPA) No.941/2018 it is stated that the respondent No.1 is aged about 85 years and is suffering from certain ailments. Accepting the statement made on behalf of

2 appa941.18 respondent Nos.1 and 2, order passed on 18th September, 2018 directing issuance of non-bailable warrants against respondent Nos.1 and 2 is recalled. Applications are allowed accordingly.
