Heard.
The applicant has filed the vexatious application for permission to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court. On hearing the learned counsel for the applicant and the respondents, this Court had, by an order dated 10th May, 2012 directed the respondent no.1 to deposit the amount so that the same could be placed in a fixed deposit account of a nationalized bank. This Court had further directed that the said amount be deposited initially for a period of one year, to be renewed from time to time, during the pendency of the Writ Petition. This Court was not inclined to permit the petitioner to withdraw the amount. In this background, the applicant ought not have made an application for withdrawal of the balance amount, especially when the applicant had received a substantial amount towards retiral benefits. The Civil Application stands rejected.
