Learned Advocate for the applicant submitted that by order dated 07/05/2025, the Arbitrator was appointed by this Court, who has given the Consent Letter/Disclosure Statement to this Court vide communication dated 21/05/2025. As per the order, the appellant has deposited the processing charges in the Court on 22/07/2025 and thereby complied with the order. 3.

In view of the above, it is submitted that nothing survives in the application as the sole Arbitrator is appointed. He therefore urged the disposal of the application. 4.
