This Court, while dealing with the similar prayer for issuance of directions to the respondent to deposit the amount has already refused to entertain such application, as could be inferred from the order dated 4th November, 2016, as there is appropriate remedy available to the applicants for recovery of arrears of maintenance. In view thereof, the application stands disposed of with liberty to the applicants to take out appropriate proceedings for recovery of the amount of maintenance, pursuant to the order passed by the Family Court.
