Learned Counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file civil suit in terms of Section 22 of the Mamlatdar's Courts Act, 1906. If such suit is filed, the learned Civil Court shall not refuse to entertain it on the ground that the suit filed by the petitioners prior to the passing of orders impugned was withdrawn. ii.
