Heard learned Counsel for both the parties.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to replace the Government Resolution dated 27/03/2019 placed at Annexure - F of the petition, which is erroneously placed, and in place of the aforesaid Government Resolution dated 27/03/2019, the petitioner seeks leave to replace the Government Resolution dated 26/08/2025. 3.

Permission is granted.

The petitioner to replace the aforesaid Government Resolution forthwith.

By this petition, the petitioner seeks direction to respondent No.1 - Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the caste claim of the petitioner towards the "Thakur" scheduled tribe. The petitioner also seeks direction to respondent No.2 - State CET Cell to restore the admission of the petitioner from the

02.wp.5490.25.odt Scheduled Tribe category to respondent No.3 - College, till the decision of respondent No.1 - Caste Scrutiny Committee. 6.

The petitioner was admitted on 08/08/2025 to respondent No.3 - College; however, the aforesaid admission, being in the reserved category, was made provisionally and the petitioner was directed to submit the caste validity certificate. As the petitioner could not submit the caste validity certificate, the admission of the petitioner is already cancelled and the said seat is converted into the Open category.

In view of the above, at present, no interim relief can be granted in favour of the petitioner.

In view of this, the ends of justice can be met by directing respondent No.1 to decide the caste claim of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

The petitioner to appear before respondent No.1 - Schedule Tribe Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Amravati on 22/09/2025 along with the copy of this order. 10.

Hence, the writ petition stands disposed of.
