26/10/ It appears that this Court vide order dated 11/10/2021 directed to deposit costs of Rs.1000/- to the High Court Bar Association, Nagpur. However, neither paper book is filed nor costs is paid. 2.

As such, four weeks time granted by way of last chance to deposit the costs as well as to file private paper book. Failure to which, appeal stands dismissed without reference to the Court.
