The applicant has apprehension of arrest in connection with Crime No.1204/2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 465, 466 and 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The applicants have submitted the tender for Bembla Project in 2008. The work was allotted to the applicants and it was completed in 2019. In 2025 the crime is registered against the applicants for committing this offence. The allegations are made that the applicants have submitted 11 experience certificates and in one of the certificates, they have inserted clause No.15 afterwords and, therefore, they have committed forgery.

On 19.09.2025, the applicants were granted ad interim protection. They are attending the concerned Police Station regularly and cooperating the police machinery.

The learned A.P.P. conceded that the applicants are attending the Police Station.

Considering the allegations made against these applicants, the interim protection granted on 19.09.2025 is

2 10.aba.716.25 confirmed on the same terms and conditions except a modification in the condition No.[v] that they shall attend the Police Station as and when required by the Investigating Officer. Rest of the conditions are kept as it is.
