Nobody appears for the respondent. Though she is duly served, no reply to this application has been filed. It is obvious that the respondent does not wish to dispute this application. Even otherwise, in our opinion, the reasons stated in the application do disclose sufÏcient cause.
The application is allowed by condoning the delay. The appeal be registered and thereafter notice for final disposal at the admission stage be issued to the respondent, returnable after four weeks.
